  This clinic is one big misunderstanding. You call, no one answers, and you show up, and you're an intruder. The nurse can't fill out the questionnaire for the "My Health" program because the manager forbade it. The nurses are overworked and won't waste time filling out questionnaires with patients. The doctor also won't pay for the results, sending me for tests as part of the aforementioned program. Only after all these trials and tribulations do I understand how sick people truly feel!!!

  I'm changing my previous review from 5 stars to 1. Initially, I appreciated the ease of making an appointment with a family doctor, but in practice, access to medical care at this clinic turned out to be very limited. The facility has limited access to specialists, which significantly complicates treatment and the organization of post-operative and post-accident care. During the inspection of the sutures after the accident, the doctor failed to examine the wound and ordered the removal of the sutures by a nurse without prior assessment. This negatively impacted the healing process, which I ultimately had to continue privately and then at the hospital clinic, where treatment was completed. I was also refused assistance with changing my post-operative dressing, even though I couldn't do it myself. In another instance, despite a scheduled teleconsultation, the next day I was informed by the receptionist that the doctor would not call and refused to contact me without reviewing the details of the situation. I also rate the physiotherapist's work positively – despite the long deadlines, she demonstrates great commitment and genuinely supports patients in their recovery. I also rate the X-ray and ultrasound facilities positively. However, I have reservations about the organization of the laboratory – the wait for a blood draw is approximately two weeks, even when there is no visible queue of patients on the day of the appointment. I believe that with public funding from the National Health Fund, the standard of care and the organization of services should be different.

  Strangely, the receptionist gives me some numbers to make an appointment with a doctor. I called 4 times and each time I got a different number. Of course, none of these numbers are answered despite constant attempts to call for well over 3 hours.

  Good doctors, very clean clinic, very nice and helpful receptionists. They call to remind you about your appointment and ask for confirmation. There are restrooms on every floor, and there's an elevator. Kudos to the manager, the director.

  The receptionists at this clinic are very understanding, very friendly during check-ins, and competent in their work. I particularly liked Ms. Jola, who is friendly and tries to solve every problem when a patient is seen. Thank you very much for your professional help.
