I have foot inflammation after a second-degree oil burn. After waiting 30 minutes in the ER, the doctor said he didn't really know what it was and referred me to the NPL, where I waited over an hour for an appointment. The doctor wrote separate prescriptions for each medication, made two mistakes regarding the dosage and three mistakes regarding the medication itself. Dr. Biletska Alina was late for work and then refused to come in anyway. After two hours of waiting, I realized she was signing her discharge papers at her own request, but I also needed her to sign them. After an hour of pleading, I only managed to get them signed because the receptionist went to take them to her so she could sign them. Tragic.

This review isn't about the hospital itself, but about the doctor at the neurology clinic. Dr. Stefański, arrogance, sarcasm, and a complete lack of empathy. I've never encountered such low behavior from a doctor. I quote, "You can ask for it at a supermarket," "You're playing at being sick, but luckily, starting next year, no one will give you a referral for a head MRI." A 22-year-old patient with a change in her head requires a thorough annual checkup. I don't recommend it, and I warn against the stress, humiliation, and lack of any help. "Doctor," you should be ashamed of your behavior and lack of competence. In either case, it's time for a change. Preferably away from patients. Perhaps you should consider retirement? Best regards.

Ladies and gentlemen, this morning at six o'clock we went for a blood draw for monthly tests. To be the first before work, we took a ticket from the ticket machine. At 7:30 a.m., it turned out that there were two options for blood draws and two different tickets. Of course, most people took tickets for tests to a specialist, while others took them from their family doctor. The ladies responsible for the blood draws directed them to other places. There was a lot of chaos and arguments. Whoever gets there first? Congratulations to the hospital for the red card.

The website doesn't provide specific information. It says everywhere that the lab draws blood from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., but there's no information that blood samples are issued until 10 a.m. This is important for people from other locations.
