I've been going to this clinic for some time now and I think it's very good. The doctors, medical staff, and receptionists are all dedicated to helping patients. On April 22, 2025, I encountered an absurd situation. I went to the reception desk to make an appointment with the doctor—I was told there were no available appointments, but I could "just wait" and they would see me. I waited an hour. After each patient, the doctor took a 10-20 minute break before admitting the next patient. After an hour of waiting, it turned out she wouldn't see me after all because I wasn't scheduled. It was a complete circus. I explained that I'd already been at the reception desk, but I wasn't scheduled. Trying to explain anything to this old woman was a waste of time. I was a patient at that clinic at that moment. Dr. Wolańska is a rude, bitter old woman who should have been thanked long ago. She clearly has no grasp of reality, is incapable of thinking and acting logically—she looks like she's been working at full speed for years and has long forgotten what it means to be a doctor. It's high time she retired.

I highly recommend it. The receptionists are always friendly and smiling, always willing to help and advise. This is probably the only clinic in Łódź where you can get through immediately. The doctors are excellent, they do very good examinations, especially Dr. Przybylak (a true professional). There are no lines either, everything is very well-timed, and you don't have to wait an hour for an appointment. I highly recommend it!
