People working there are very nice, from the receptionist to the doctors, everyone took great care of me. I had a serious problem, and even though the staff didn’t speak English, they were very willing to help, which I truly appreciate. The doctors, speak very good English. Thank you very much!

I have just cell phone.30 min in a queue on the phone,it costed me 20 zl. to listen to your stupid music. And while I was talking to the receptionist, my money ended and I didn't arrange the visit. Now I need put money to my phone account to call again and to hear that there is no empty slots for today. Great service.

Gynecologist Agnieszka Zawadzka displayed a cold and unempathetic approach to her patient. She responded to questions rudely and with obvious resentment. Furthermore, she spoke inappropriately to my husband, suggesting a lack of interest, even though he wasn't sure if he could approach during the examination. He commented, "Daddy doesn't seem interested." For a woman who is pregnant for the first time, this behavior is very stressful. Instead of a sense of security and support, there is tension and discomfort. I definitely don't recommend her! There are much more friendly doctors on the National Health Fund.

I highly recommend her! I was there a few years ago, and a lot has changed. The hotline was answered immediately; I was literally third in line. The clinic is clean and nice. The staff is very polite. I highly recommend Dr. Krasoń – a great gynecologist, competent and professional, yet friendly!

The worst possible situation...getting to see a doctor is like winning the lottery. You call from 7 a.m., only to be told at 7:20 a.m. that there are no more appointments for that day, and no doctor at all, not even a teleconsultation available. It's a joke, and unfortunately, you can't give it 0 stars.
