It's a nightmare. I schedule a blood draw two weeks in advance. I arrive at a specific time, and of course, there's a 20-minute delay. How can there be a delay at 7 a.m.?! It's disrespectful to the patient.

I've been a patient at the clinic for several months. The doctors I've encountered—Dr. Szumiński, Dr. Niedźwiedzki, Dr. Klimczak, and the rest of the staff, whose names I unfortunately don't know—are a combination of professionalism and kindness. They listen, explain, refer patients for appropriate tests, and it's clear they care about their patients. I'll honestly add that the most difficult thing was getting an appointment for a breast and thyroid ultrasound, and there are sometimes delays. However, I understand that situations arise and I appreciate the way the team cares for their patients. When you feel well-treated, you naturally want to respond in kind. Thank you—the care is top-notch.

The woman at the reception desk provided me with specific information. I had an appointment with an ENT specialist, but the waiting time was 7 days. The doctor was very friendly and competent. I am very satisfied.

Today I tried to make an appointment for my 81-year-old mother with a gynecologist. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the nurse, who is a woman; she has no empathy, and that's at the K clinic. There are more and more clinics where you can't make an appointment because you're sulking, having a bad day, or you're feeling down. Moms are turning 21 and already know the doctor is on vacation and should call in June or July, or better yet, don't call at all because he has no time for strangers, only his friends and acquaintances. It's a shame. We pay dues and have to go privately, and surprisingly, you can get an appointment overnight.
