The lady at the front desk was very rude. She said they only do major surgery, not extract baby teeth. And I have a referral from a dentist.

If anyone fancies a time travel back to the 80s/90s, I recommend going to a dental surgery. The moment I opened the door, I was disappointed that I'd arrived and interrupted a pleasant conversation with the assistant. The assistant herself was mentally reminiscent of the People's Republic of Poland, rude and arrogant. Slamming doors in my face, issuing instructions in a shrill tone. The pain forced me to go, even though I knew it would be the last time. Offensive comments about teeth, and not everyone can afford to do everything on the fly, and our beloved National Health Fund (NFZ) barely covers anything. No mask, coughing into my face. A disaster. The extraction itself was relatively painless, although I think it started before the anesthetic took effect. I don't recommend it!! Avoid!

The atmosphere at the oral surgery office is so pleasant that I don't even remember leaving happy and toothless. I recommend it!!!

The visit with the surgeon was great. The tooth was removed efficiently and in a pleasant atmosphere. Both the surgeon and the assistant are a great team. I recommend it!!!
