This clinic is outstanding! My mother was admitted without any problems the same day with a severe allergic reaction, even though she wasn't a registered patient at this clinic. Complete professionalism and kindness :) The receptionists and the doctor were very kind and helpful. Thank you!

Hello, it's a real shame about one of the receptionists. She seems to be working there as a punishment. To be precise, she's a slim blonde. She's arrogant, rude to patients, treats older people very badly, and rolls her eyes. And this isn't a one-off incident! Someone with empathy and compassion should be in this position, not some spoiled brat!

The reception staff is below par. They're rude and incompetent. It's always difficult to get a doctor's appointment. And I'm constantly being told to leave if I don't like it. Maybe someone will finally take action.

You won't see a bigger mess, the doctor is an hour late every day, the queues to see him are 1.5-2 years long because he sees one person a day on the National Health Fund and the rest privately during working hours on the National Health Fund...
