On the downside: I don't recommend Dr. Kalinowska (primary care physician); she's an unpleasant doctor. Everything else is fine, in my opinion. I also appreciate Dr. Królikowski from the primary care physician. I'm also under the care of the pulmonary clinic – she's a good doctor. My only complaints are that they seem to have a lot of appointments at a given time, so you usually have to wait a while outside the office. The first appointment was a long wait (probably like everywhere else for a specialist), but subsequent appointments are scheduled regularly without any problems.

The medical staff is exceptionally kind, especially in the dental and maxillofacial office. The ladies working there are gentle, explain everything, and work their magic. I came with a problem and left feeling relieved. Thank you.

Please explain why on March 2, 2026, Dr. Mateusz Paczuła did not see a patient who arrived at 5:02 PM (appointment at 5:00 PM). The doctor had been gone from the clinic for a long time.

I'd give it a -10 if I could. This clinic is a disaster, not to mention the staff. The doctors act like they're working for free. And at the window, all I hear is, "Please go private." I've been paying substantial contributions my whole life, thank God I don't go often, but this is a joke 😡😡😡

It's simply a disaster. Doctors don't listen to patients. I've been to four doctors, and I asked Dr. Kalinowska to run a package of tests—blood count, vitamins, and IGA—because I needed them. Of course, she didn't give me a referral for these tests because I didn't. Now I have to go back and ask again to finally get the tests I requested. Dr. Kalinowska interviewed me and said she didn't know. How can she help me? She doesn't know what's wrong with me. I had to tell the doctor myself what tests I needed, and I didn't even get them. The only people I can praise are the receptionists and the nurses! Great job. The other doctors are terrible. They send me to a place with the assurance that I'll have tests done, but I wait two months, only to discover they don't do such tests. The entire healthcare system in Poland is a disaster, but it's especially bad here. The only good doctors are for children.
