I don't know if this young woman with black hair works there as a punishment or if she has a 30-day period a month. She has problems with everything. Whenever I'm at the clinic, she argues with people or on the phone. I've never met such a young and nasty person. I think it's time to change that, because she's there for us, not us for her.

It's a waste of time and money... the receptionist yells and is very rude and judgmental. You make an appointment, and they have a problem. I brought my child for a doctor's appointment, but unfortunately, the appointment couldn't go ahead due to the child's young age... at the time of registration, there was no mention of age. I also have a question: what is the private insurance fee for??? For canceled appointments or for tests performed at the hospital in Kostrzyn??? I don't recommend it! And you have to buy your own eye drops.

The ladies at the reception desk discussing their libido after turning 50. Embarrassing comparisons of their private lives to those of teenage girls. They're talking nonsense until it's mind-numbing. The receptionist came into the office during the visit. The doctors were okay.

The conditions in the waiting room are a nightmare. It's hot, there's no air to breathe. Air conditioning would really help. Despite these conditions, the ladies working there are very helpful and smiling.
