Appointment scheduled for 12:10, but I heard there was an hour's delay. There was barely one lady at the reception desk, but when you need her in the treatment room or another, you can wait and wait in front of the reception desk. I understand that this is not a bakery, but an hour's delay and 7 people waiting in the waiting room is a bit of an exaggeration. The employees do not respect their patients' time. When the person in front of me asked for a printout of the test results, and the receptionist or nurse sang to him "50 groszy for a card!" I thought I would die laughing. Hello people, a doctor is not an oracle, do not let yourself be treated like that, maybe something will finally change. :)

March 17, 2022. A doctor's appointment is a lottery. There's no continuity of treatment from the doctor. You don't have the right to choose your doctor. The nurse decides everything. A visit is a lottery, a random one. I heard someone try to rule out changing doctors, but he lost. Doctors run around asking about the patient because they haven't treated them before. It's good that they're close to each other. And patients are waiting. A sick situation, isn't it? Dr. Kocur has a full line of patients, and the queue is so crowded that they come in at 7:10 p.m. from 4 p.m., and Dr. Bochenek is relaxed, as they say, "lanksam lanksam." I've been there five times and never once did I enter on time. Hmm, and one more thing: GDPR is being followed here. In the waiting room, you can hear everything as if you were inside. What kind of illness? I have to lick my finger. I can't hear any recommendations, only the computer keyboard.

I give the women working at the blood collection center 5 stars. They are kind and helpful, and they offer helpful advice. Despite the usually long queues, it always goes smoothly. Private blood tests are reasonably priced. It's just a shame that the collection centers at Majdanek and Powstańców Śląskich are open alternately, not every day.

The receptionist hangs up and you can't get through. When she finishes her shift, the phone works, but of course, no one is there. They must be doing well, since they can operate like this. Fortunately, there are other clinics in Lubliniec.

The receptionist is a disgrace, brazenly calling patients by their first names. Never again will they be treated like that. Two hours wasted in the waiting room, patients were attended to in the hallway by the door. Blood pressure, blood sugar, and medical history were taken in front of other people. Fortunately, medicine isn't limited to doctors. This is a terrible company.
