  The worst registration I've ever been to. GDPR is a real pain. Instead of the one referral I came for, I received three. Two of them were for a patient with the same last name, similar first name, but a different address and PESEL number.

  The worst clinic I've ever registered my child with. It's hard to reach the receptionist by phone, the ladies are very rude. If you don't like the job, please quit! This happened today. I've been calling since morning, and when I finally got through, there were no available appointments. The lady rudely called me a "scumbag" because I had the audacity to point out that they weren't answering the phone. I'll look for another one, this "place" is only fit for closure. P.S. Please don't spread nonsense about appointments being scheduled for the next day. You have to call, as usual, because the "respectable" ladies at the receptionist don't schedule appointments for the next day. If you don't get through, that's your problem; who cares?

  I went to see the same woman for the second time, and again I was treated like garbage. She has absolutely no interest in the patient's condition. I have gastritis, and I have to monitor my cholesterol, varicose veins, and insulin resistance. I asked for a referral for a complete blood count and a glucose test, but I didn't get one because the doctor said I was "too demanding," just like I had mine done six months ago, and you can only get tested once a year. She also said she wouldn't give me a referral because she didn't want to get into trouble with her employer. When I asked what I should do about insulin resistance, she said, "Lose weight." No tests, no medication. I'm not a refugee and never have been. I work, I pay taxes, so why can't I get healthcare? P.S. According to the law, there's no limit to the number of blood tests required by patients who need them. Reply to the clinic's comment from September 29, 2024: My insurance has been listed in the registration form since I signed the declaration with the doctor. Every time I check in with the doctor, the receptionists see my PESEL number, which DOES NOT include the UKR designation, and check whether my insurance is active. If I weren't working and didn't pay health insurance contributions, no one would have registered me for an appointment. Isn't gastritis, confirmed by a gastroscopy, a reason for monitoring the patient's condition? I haven't been to any private facility. Where did you get this information? I told the doctor that I had insulin resistance confirmed in Ukraine and presented her with the test results.

  For our family (2+2), this clinic is great. We've never been turned away, and getting through by phone is easy. The doctors are great, and the receptionists and nurses are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them.
