The ophthalmologist's disrespect! Izabella Pawlak Andrzejak! Unnecessary questions for my son, treating us like animals, delayed appointment!!! And yet, we didn't do anything wrong with any word or gesture! She was very rude, saying things like I'm from a different culture, why did I have to carry out the procedure, that I'm missing something because my child sees fine... Shocking! I've never met a doctor like that! And she's very cunning, because on the one hand, she performs all the tests efficiently, and on the other, she says all sorts of unnecessary things... I know I'm not the first in this situation, and I hope the management will draw conclusions with this doctor! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Neither the clinic nor the doctor!

Do you have an appointment with Ms. Izabela? Arrive an hour later and you'll have another 30-minute wait. I understand a 30-minute delay, but I'm sorry, 2 hours is a bit excessive, and this isn't a one-off situation; it happens all the time. I don't recommend it.

Fantastic approach to patients, excellent appointments. Rehabilitation is top-notch, the therapists are incredibly polite and courteous, making you want to come back every day because it's so pleasant. Plenty of seating, and the restrooms are nice.

I am writing this positive review on behalf of my mother, Małgorzata Tomaszewska, who does not have an online account. From August 21st to September 3rd, 2025, she was a patient at the physiotherapy clinic at the Grabieniec Medical Center on Zachodnia Street. After orthopedic surgery, she underwent five rehabilitation sessions under the care of Katarzyna Wójcik, M.A. The treatments were also performed by Katarzyna Garczyńska, M.A., and Emil Michalski, M.A. My mother would like to sincerely thank this team for their professionalism and effective help with her ailments. The therapists' empathy, patience, and commitment are noteworthy. The warm, friendly atmosphere created by the therapists greatly helped my mother overcome her anxiety about unfamiliar procedures. They helped my mother regain mobility. I congratulate the clinic's owners for their dedicated staff and the excellent organization of the entire clinic. My mother is very pleased that she found this clinic during a difficult time.

Unfortunately, you can't give a zero, but judging by the reviews about the ophthalmologist, I see we're not the only ones who feel this way. The appointment was delayed by 1.5 hours! And this pseudo-ophthalmologist needs to learn some manners. He's rude, doesn't answer questions, and gets upset that the baby is moving. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE!! I won't use this clinic again.
