The reception desk was very good; I never had a problem making an appointment or waiting for one. The receptionists were very polite and provided explanations when needed. The doctors I've seen, and there have been several, have always been professional. I've received referrals when needed, and the atmosphere was friendly. Another plus is that laboratory tests can be done about 200 meters away.

I do not recommend the new resident, Aleksandra Krasa. She treats patients unpleasantly and lacks empathy and understanding. There are other family doctors who can understand a patient's situation and help. Perhaps these qualities will come with experience, as she's only just graduated. Besides the resident mentioned above, I value and respect this clinic, the receptionists, and the other doctors.

The doctors are absolutely fine, but some of the receptionists should have changed their practices long ago. I was scheduled for a teleconsultation today for exactly 9 hours. The doctor didn't call for a long time, and with a very busy schedule before work, I was cycling home from preschool after 9:20 when she started calling. I returned home and called the clinic, explaining the situation, asking if the doctor would call me back. I heard the rude voice of the receptionist, who rudely and rudely replied, "Well, don't cycle while you're waiting for a doctor's appointment." I thought this was very inappropriate. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time the clinic's receptionist has behaved very unprofessionally (another time, she scheduled me for a time when the doctor hadn't started his shift yet). My brother, infuriated by these women's behavior, changed clinics.

I have nothing to complain about there, I've never had any problems getting through to the doctor, waiting for a doctor's appointment, or getting the right referral, medication, or medical records, and I've been registered here since birth ;)
