It's a disaster! The men in the ambulance are incredibly rude, working as if it were a punishment? I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; you'd sooner die than be saved. They immediately assumed the call was groundless. It was a very unpleasant conversation; one man practically shouted at me instead of having a normal conversation. It's pathetic, and that's what public money is being used for.
