I definitely don't recommend it. I'm waiting in line with my fiancée because she had a gynecologist appointment at 6:20 PM. It's now 7:30 PM, and she hasn't even entered the office. There's a complete lack of respect for the patients' time. The receptionist could have at least called ahead and warned them there would be an hour-long delay and told them not to rush, but no... it would have been better to charge 220 PLN upfront and not even apologize or warn them there would be a delay. I don't recommend coming here to anyone who values their time and nerves. It's an organizational disaster.

I visited an ENT specialist. Paulina Kowalska is a caring doctor, an excellent specialist, and a kind person. The impression of the Medin Clinic was marred by the rude and tactless receptionist.

The clinic doesn't inform about delays, so the wait for teleconsultation is over an hour. They also don't answer calls after 9:00 a.m., and from what I can see, their hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Once again, the wait for a prescription from the doctor is over 20 hours. I won't recommend it, which is a shame, because you have good specialists. It's a waste of money. For this price, you get not only fantastic care but also a well-functioning clinic and information. Edited review (referring to the comment below): I tried calling you from 9:00 a.m., and no one answered the phone several times. We only managed to reach you around 10:00 a.m. The doctor was reliable and kind, but please inform patients about delays (this is already the practice of other private clinics). I'm rating your patient care, not your doctor's.

Medin is a really good clinic! The price of an endocrinologist visit is reasonable compared to other clinics. The doctor is professional and empathetic, the receptionists are polite and helpful, and the place is clean and tidy. I recommend it.

We had an appointment at the pediatrician's for 9:40 a.m. with our sick little son. In sub-zero temperatures, we waited outside the closed door for 30 minutes, and no one showed up. By 10:00 a.m., the clinic closed. Ten people were waiting outside. We'd slipped back into the communist era. We wouldn't risk it any more.
