I'd like to sincerely thank you for your care during my rehabilitation. Kasia is a wonderful person with extensive medical knowledge. I traveled 480 km from another province to undergo 10 days of rehabilitation, and I'm incredibly impressed. The ladies are incredibly kind and friendly. It's rare to find people with such dedication to their patients. Thank you again for everything; the progress I made at the end of my rehabilitation is phenomenal. You're the best. Best regards ☺️😃☺️

I gave it two stars only because of the exceptional service. The staff are always pleasant, friendly, and always smiling. The organization is a bit of a mess. Even for short, several-minute treatments (e.g., cryotherapy or laser), you sometimes have to wait 20-30 minutes, despite having made an appointment.

I wasn't a patient at the clinic. I wanted to make an appointment for my husband, but it turned out there were no more appointments with the specialist I chose. I decided to leave a review because I spoke with a very kind woman at the registration desk. She listened to me and answered my questions thoroughly, for which I'm grateful. I've never encountered such an empathetic woman at the registration desk.

It's simply awful. The ladies working at the reception desk are terrible. They're unkind and arrogant towards clients. Yesterday, a grandmother and her grandson went to a doctor's appointment. The receptionists stated that supposedly the grandmother can't be present, only the parent, the legal guardian, can. Unfortunately, there's no such information in the privacy policy or even the regulations. Today, a woman from the facility called my mother and threatened her with the police for the opinion the grandmother had given. Isn't that punishable by "intimidating a person?" The woman started telling my mother over the phone that the women had supposedly informed her that she needed to be present, not the grandmother. When my mother asked for a recording of the phone conversation, the woman suddenly changed the subject and started threatening her with the police. I wish this facility would finally get its act together and start treating patients with courtesy, proper attention, and care. I hope the director will do something about this, and the women working there will either be fired or given a fair reprimand as punishment. I don't recommend this facility. I hope things change, and if not, I'd love to see it closed down, because unfortunately, we don't need to deal with people like you. Best regards. I'll gladly wait for a letter from the police if necessary, because I wrote another negative comment 😚😚

A very good clinic and rehabilitation center. There's a large parking lot, plenty of seating inside, and plenty of water. The staff at the rehabilitation center, which I've used twice, are very friendly. The only complaint I have is that there aren't any benches outside where you can wait for someone undergoing rehabilitation on warm days.
