  I think the clinic should hire younger staff who can muster a little more energy. I'm not saying the receptionists should be singing and constantly smiling, at least a little. Usually, when I come to the clinic, the staff listens to my needs and helps me sort things out. It's a shame the phone isn't answered when I'm standing outside the clinic, seeing no cars in the parking lot, and the phone goes silent. Maybe it's time to consider a change of staff and allow the retired woman to relax and enjoy life instead of trying to save money because retirement pays less.

  I wanted to share a completely different opinion from most... I called the clinic with the fear that some rude woman would scold me or something. I called to register, and after two rings, the phone was answered. A very nice and polite lady on the other end. She gave me the exact date and name of the doctor I was seeing, making sure I had made the appointment. Upon arrival, the lady was very kind and showed me where to go, which room to sit in, etc. I also had a very good experience. I don't know, maybe I was lucky? But I don't think so. I'm going there in a few days, we'll see... I hope it wasn't just a one-off.

  We all know how a clinic works and looks in Poland, but for the "doctor" to be rude and rude from the moment she greets you, she doesn't exactly perform the test, "get lost," without waiting in line, and before the appointment, gossip is more important than approaching the office. She uses her phone privately during the examination and puts on headphones, most likely listening to her own messages while I discuss my symptoms. With a bloody throat and a body temperature of 39 for five days, she concluded it was a simple infection and prescribed me Hasco ibuprofen. Congratulations on this woman's competence and on such a great employee, which resulted in my transfer to another clinic, even though I've been registered here since childhood. And in response to your question about where my mask is, considering there was no one else in the hallway, I'd like to ask an equally important question: where are your masks and work attire? This is the first time I've seen a doctor see a patient in private attire.

  It's a disaster. The clinic is like something out of the communist era, and so are the people working at the front desk. It's impossible to get through by phone, and when you finally arrive to register your child in person, no one is there. After graciously showing up at work, where the phone rings constantly at the lowest volume, it's best to apologize for coming.

  Absolutely abysmal, a meter of mud. How can something like this still work? You go to the doctor for a specific day, and the pills tell you you can come back in two days because the doctor is fully booked. It's a shame you can't tell someone with the flu, cold, or fever to come back in two days because you have an appointment then. Misery and despair.
