  The clinic is truly top-notch. The receptionists are always helpful; I've never had a problem getting anything done. The medical care is top-notch in the area. A definite plus of the clinic is its coordinated care, which simplifies many issues, and Agnieszka S., who manages it, is always happy to explain and guide everything. PS. Some patients, however, could use some reading practice – the clinic doesn't have patient parking; it's private, reserved for employees and TransCom, so I don't understand the surprise of some.

  You write under some review that you're working on getting through to people by phone. It takes a long time, but I guess that's convenient for some people. Fortunately, I rarely visit the Medicus Clinic, and I hope it stays that way, but for as long as I can remember, I've never been able to get through. I just wanted to ask a question, but unfortunately, after trying to call all day, I had to make a special trip the next day because the staff has trouble answering and providing information. It's good that they have time to respond to reviews. I wonder what their response will be. I especially don't recommend Agnieszka S. at the front desk. She's arrogant and has a mouth. If she were the most important person there, she'd probably want to be! I don't know what she's doing there; she shouldn't be working with people. I don't recommend her!

  I highly recommend the Medicus Clinic on Witosa Street in Paczków, always professional and friendly service. The Gynecology Clinic on Daszyńskiego Street in Paczków also fully meets my expectations. I am very satisfied with the quality of services provided at the clinic. The doctor is completely professional and committed. I personally owe a lot to him. I also can't forget about the midwife, Beatka, who is always very kind, smiling, and always ready to help. I highly recommend her.

  On September 24, 2024, I had to seek medical attention. Symptoms: Covid (checked with a test - available for doctor's review) temperature: 39°C, throat full of saliva - unable to swallow, headaches, general weakness. Ms. Ewa Knopińska, after listening to my torso, determined that my lungs were not affected, but she ignored my throat. And that was it. No additional questions. I couldn't really say much because my comments about the symptoms were irrelevant. Ms. Ewa Knopińska's ego is as big as the Himalayas. Zero empathy. I received sanitary-epidemiological instructions, which were noted in my medical records, because it has to be. (How am I supposed to keep this in mind when I've been flooded and everything is wet?!) And Ms. Ewa Knopińska has a bad ass. She prescribed me Neosine duo - tablets for immunity to recurring throat infections, herpes, etc. and she recommended one, yes, one aspirin tablet a day. At the pharmacy, I bought Flegamin as a precaution, which helped me survive until morning. During the night, phlegm forming in my infected throat blocked my windpipe, and for five minutes I struggled to regain my breath (I had a good chance of "twisting"; my composure helped me regain my breath). Only Flegamin syrup allowed me to survive until morning. I may use harsh words, but Ms. Ewa Knoińska is not a doctor in this position; perhaps she would be satisfied as the Minister of Health. J.   I wholeheartedly recommend the Gynecology Clinic on Daszyńskiego Street. Beatka is a wonderful woman, professional, warm, and always smiling. The doctor is a true expert. He always explains everything thoroughly with a calm demeanor and a smile. I highly recommend him!
