I'll start with the downsides: there's only one appointment, and the wait time leaves much to be desired. Since we schedule an appointment for 8 p.m., we expect to be seen at 8 p.m., not 9 p.m. Every time, whether it's Tuesday or Saturday, we wait at least 30 minutes for our turn, even though we schedule appointments for a specific time. If you can't manage, maybe it's better to schedule fewer patients, or one per hour? Otherwise, the doctors are 5/5
