The review concerns the inability to reach the clinic. Several dozen unsuccessful attempts were made on different days to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Either a slow signal and no one answers, or a wait like "You're the fifth, fourth, third, etc.," interspersed with music. When you get to the "You're first in line" announcement, the call is disconnected after a few minutes, and the "game" starts all over again. The entire ordeal takes 10 to 25 minutes. Dear Management, please give the patient a chance to reach the clinic, and perhaps this will help reduce the waiting list by canceling the appointment. Good information delivered on time is half the battle. Best regards.

I called the orthopedic clinic, and the woman was grumpy and didn't even suggest an appointment. Typical conversation to get rid of the patient. The receptionist suggested I call another facility, as if she were working there as a punishment. I asked her when I should call, but she didn't know. So why was she there? Maybe it's time to change jobs.

Orthopedic clinic. Lots of people with appointments at the same time, very long wait times. I don't know why these times are posted. I arrive at my appointment time, only to find that there are six people ahead of me. The organization sucks.

You can only make an appointment at the reception desk or online, but the appointments are quite long. Phone calls are out of the question because no one answers. One * is too many to assess the quality of communication and the surgeon's approach to the patient during a post-operative follow-up visit. It's a waste of time to spend a maximum of three minutes in the office when you won't learn anything because you're not supposed to ask questions or tell them how you're feeling. However, the gynecology appointment with Dr. Z went well; all the basic tests were performed on the first visit. The second visit included a breast ultrasound, along with the Pap smear results.

It's impossible to reach this facility by phone. No one bothers to call. The machine claims you're first in line, but no one answers for the next few dozen minutes (!). The website offers no information about when or what hours the specialists are available. This is unacceptable.
