Today was my second appointment. The elderly woman at the registration desk was very rude to me. She didn't have me on her list and tried to convince me I hadn't even registered, even though I had done so three months ago. What's more, when I gave her the exact date of my previous appointment, she also tried to convince me I hadn't been there! She tried to send me home (pregnant! 40 km each way) because, in her opinion, I had made up an appointment, and yet she always keeps her paperwork in order. What a nightmare. Dear lady, it's time to retire!

Dr. Namysł, the best gynecologist and obstetrician in Konin, practices privately here. The visit was conducted in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. All my doubts were clarified, and finally, someone understood what I was struggling with and initiated treatment. It's a little-known place, but it's worth a visit. I recommend it.

The elderly woman at the front desk is rude to people, unkind, and raises her voice when speaking. She can't hear, and it seems to annoy her, because she responds nervously. Other than that, everything else is a 5.
