I recommend this place. A lot has changed recently. If your pediatrician isn't available, they suggest another one. Getting an appointment isn't a problem either. Yesterday I saw Dr. Klups, I called in the morning and was admitted the same day. Today, I took my child to Dr. Szułczyńska (an angel, not a woman). Unfortunately, there were no available appointments, but they suggested another pediatrician so the child could be seen. I've never had a problem getting an appointment. Even though Dr. Klups doesn't speak much, she always makes a good diagnosis and prescribes the right medications. If necessary, she will also refer you for tests or provide a referral. I recommend it :)

I give it a 1, not only is the child sick with a 40-degree fever, but the doctor can refuse. Dr. Piotr****, I don't recommend it, it's good that your partner went, because I would have asked for the renewal to be written on the card, and if I didn't get it, I would have called the police. "In the event of illness, the child must be admitted on the same day (Regulation of the Minister of Health of September 24, 2013)." I would advise a proper check-up and put the doctors where they belong. It's time for someone to take legal action and put them where they belong. It's also time to broadcast this to all of Leszno or something, so that Leszno TV and Mr. Grzegorz Rusiecki can take care of it ;)

As for the doctors, everything is absolutely fantastic. The approach to patients is a 5, but unfortunately, the entire reputation of this place is ruined by the receptionists, who should be the hallmark of this place. For example, an elderly gentleman was standing in line, the only one, and the black receptionist, I was trembling at him for stepping back, and they'd back off because she was talking nonsense with a friend instead of attending to him. Generally, you're afraid to ask anything because they can't answer properly. They're rude, and there are many other epithets you can list – anyone who's been there knows. A good piece of advice: someone should send these ladies to a manners course because they work with people, and I was in the pasture with her.

Doctors are late, and then there are delays. The wait for a doctor's opinion is incredibly long—at least a month. It's a nightmare.
