  The clinic is a disaster. So what if the decor is nice, but the "bugs" inside are working full-time? It's impossible to get through to anyone, is there anyone who can operate the phone or is there a staff member from the time of the show? Just report it to the ombudsman, that's all there is to it.

  I can't get through on the phone. I tried for 2.5 hours today and nothing. I was supposed to get my child's vaccination appointment by phone yesterday, but of course, I haven't heard back. I'll definitely file a complaint.

  This clinic is terrible, the doctors there are a disaster. Calling the clinic to book an appointment is next to impossible. Once you actually show up and book an appointment, the doctors are terrible. Young, inexperienced, always new. I know they have to gain experience somewhere, but why did they throw the greenest ones into this clinic? Furthermore, the staff turnover (both doctors and receptionists) is higher than at the "biedronka" (a discount supermarket chain). It's not worth talking about. Something bad is happening there. It's a shame, because it was the closest place to me. And I should add that I've been a member/member of this clinic for 15 years.

  I've been going there my whole life. I've known Dr. Ziętkiewicz since I was a child, but Dr. Abdul completely disappointed me. I explained that I had a toothache and chronic pain. I listed the medications I was taking that didn't help. I suggested a medication that I knew completely suppressed the pain. He prescribes medications that he can stick in his mouth. As far as I'm concerned, this clinic has gone to the dogs. Despite the very friendly and professional service, Dr. Abdul has disappointed me for the third time. I do not recommend him.

  The doctors at this clinic are truly excellent at what they do. I have always valued and continue to value my visits with Dr. Szmyd-Szymańska, and from 2020-2022 with Dr. Zienkiewicz, Dr. Wilczyńska, and Dr. Kempa—I can honestly name four doctors who are truly dedicated ❤️. My visit with the radiologist at this clinic was also very good. However, as a parent and patient, I disagree with the constant "just a quick appointment," "the doctor doesn't have time, he won't prescribe today, just a quick vaccination," "to the emergency room, not to the primary care physician for this and that," and the completely disregarding confidentiality, trust, and courtesy comments from the doctor, who is not a doctor, who is very rude, even passive-aggressive, when the parent(s) disagree with her, which is often the case. It's a shame, because when I schedule my child for a primary care physician appointment, I'm coming for a medical consultation, not a registration appointment. Recently, a nurse allowed herself to diagnose a child over the phone without examining her. She was extremely dissatisfied that we had brought our child to the doctor's office. The entire clinic was criticized for trying to instill guilt in the parents. As parents, we decided to stay for the doctor's appointment, which I discussed with the family's pediatrician, with whom I had been on the phone since morning. He recommended an examination with a primary care physician, not the emergency room. The nurse's intervention didn't end there. She entered the doctor's office before us and insisted the doctor issue a hospital referral. The conversation was audible to the parents and child, who were waiting outside. The emergency room at the children's hospital was genuinely amused that a 5-year-old child with a stable case of strep throat was sent to the hospital. The refusal of hospital treatment was forwarded to the primary health care provider. Perhaps it's worth examining the patient's path to the doctor's office and the principles of confidentiality and neutrality in all this. Such attitudes discourage rather than encourage visits to your clinic.
