  The receptionists should be fired; they completely disrespect the patient, speak with condescension, are rude, and lazy. Patients who want to confirm their appointment date are turned away because the receptionists won't provide information, even when physically present. Not to mention attempts to reschedule. The establishment should take a closer look at who they accept and how unprofessional they are hiring for a position that's supposed to help and address patients' concerns.

  Unfortunately, the approach to the patient was very unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled, but unfortunately, the doctor was not available that day. No one informed me of this in advance, and I should add that the appointment was during working hours, so I was forced to take time off work that day. The next appointment was also during working hours. The receptionist wrote down the phone number in her notebook, but I don't know why, since she can't even call the patient to inform them about the change in appointment time. It's clear that the organization of work at the Komed clinic requires many, many changes. It seems that the patient should come first. Unfortunately, it only seems that way to us.

  Are those receptionist women working there as punishment?!! Someone should definitely take action against them (especially that tall, rude, insolent, and rude blonde). Zero help and nasty replies to simple questions. If they could, they'd probably fight with patients. Who allowed them to work with sick people?! Not only did I go private for a lot of money, but they're also in trouble! But I'd like to say hello to the man at the CT scanner, who was very nice, friendly, and positive.

  I definitely don't recommend it! Karaszewska wouldn't even read my test results carefully, as they contained an error (which another oncologist later informed me about). She was also angry that I, as a PATIENT, was taking up her time! Where did she even get a medical degree if she treats patients like that?! I'm giving her a second star solely because of the kind receptionists.
