Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The receptionist gave the impression that talking to a patient was a favor to her, not part of her job. Checking in with a doctor was almost impossible—no appointments, information chaos, and zero real help. The overall organization of the facility leaves much to be desired. I definitely don't recommend it.

The women at the primary care registration desk behave like the women at the counter in communist Poland. After 37 years since the political transformation, they still have many things in common: 1. A sense of power and superiority over the patient. 2. Apathy and boredom. 3. A lack of courtesy. 4. The infamous "no one"... Sad

The worst clinic you could choose. Completely incompetent staff who can't even inform a patient that the doctor has left. And the doctors there don't give a damn about the patient. They schedule appointments for a specific time and then leave long before the scheduled time. I've never encountered such a lack of competence, respect for others, and empathy anywhere else.

Dr. Tatiana is fine. She'll explain everything thoroughly once we have the test results and write a referral to specialists. She's no problem. Regarding the appointment with Dr. Adamus, I've been there once and will never see him again. I had trouble getting my daughter a letter regarding whether she can participate in PE classes at school. My daughter has physical and intellectual disabilities, and it was handled with great kindness. The doctor was rude. He was rude from the moment I walked in, as if I'd done something to him without my daughter. He told me to go to our specialists.
