The owners should finally do something about these people supposedly "working" at the reception desk. Getting through is next to impossible. I've been trying to call for two hours, and the ladies seem very busy. Are they just gossiping amongst themselves again? A total failure.

The clinic, or rather the doctors, especially the family doctor, the esteemed oncologist, was a disaster. I haven't met such an unpleasant person in a long time. Dr. Mula... is far from a true doctor with a heart and a desire to help people. He's unempathetic and treats patients very badly. Avoid at all costs, as many people will leave in tears. The receptionists aren't very nice either. Oh well, work is a punishment... :) If I could, I'd give 0 stars.

This used to be a good clinic, but now it's better to be sick than to come here. The receptionists are very rude. When I called the number I emphasize, I always call, along with every family member, a community nurse suddenly answered, complaining and raising her voice that this wasn't the reception desk. After a moment, she added that there was an outage and all calls were being directed here. If you're saying there's an outage, why are you ruining other people's days with your moods? Please keep your private life and emotional difficulties to yourself.
