Ursus Medical Center should begin operations at 8:00 a.m., along with admitting patients for occupational medicine. Unfortunately, a polite and professional approach to patients (customers) is not a strong suit at Ursus Medical Center. It's already 9:00 a.m., and there are about 15 patients waiting in the hallway. I don't recommend it.

If I could, I wouldn't even give it one star. Avoid this place. The hourly booking is a sham. It's a ton of angry people who don't know when the gracious staff will see them. Cash only, no receipt, no confirmation that they accepted the money. To top it all off, I encountered a frustrated nurse who found it difficult to manage the queue, guided only by her own rules. I deeply sympathize with everyone who has to use this location, especially the seemingly uncomplicated receptionist who has to navigate it all. Bring a good book and a fan; it might make it easier to bear.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:40, but I arrived early, and there were a crowd of people. I asked what time I could get an appointment, but no one knew anything. The truth is, these idiots are just booking people in at the quickest pace possible, not considering that someone might be late for work. It's a sign of respect for other people's time.

Extremely poor, long queues, everyone has an appointment for one hour, which makes no sense.
