Excellent clinic. The service is great, and the staff is always friendly and professional. The receptionists are also very attentive and efficient, which makes the whole process quick and pleasant. Highly recommended ☺️

I made an appointment two months ago to see an orthodontist. I couldn't remember if my appointment was tomorrow at 11:30am or at noon so I phoned up and to my surprise my appointment was cancelled because the orthodontist is not available. No one contacted me to let me know, which I find unacceptable for a medical center. It's a good thing I called by chance, otherwise I'd have made the trip for nothing... They offered to move my appointment to a later date, but I'm rather going to move my appointment to another clinic.

Needed health certificates for work via Enel-Med, and this location has helpful English-speaking receptionists (especially Ania!!), nurses, and doctors. You will wait longer for your appointment if it’s with an English speaking doctor, but they are great. This office is on the top floor of the mall, and there’s a back entrance by the Plac Wiosny Ludów tram stop, but the main entrance by Hebe is better! Just take the escalators all the way up and you’ll see reception.

I had an appointment at 14:30, I was lost in the building so arrived at 14:33, they told me the doc left cuz I was 3mins late. Suggestion for everyone would be, wait one night ahead before your appointment otherwise they’ll leave. Apparently the doc who had an appointment with me won’t live for more than 3 mins ;)
