I don't recommend it. We took our 3-month-old baby to the allergist for an appointment at 11 a.m. Meanwhile, a nurse came out and let several other people in for desensitization, and we waited extra time instead of letting them in one by one.

But a star is too much. The receptionists schedule appointments with the pediatric allergist every few minutes. You arrive at a specific time, only to discover that a standard appointment involves between three desensitization sessions, which sometimes take five minutes and sometimes a dozen minutes. It ends up that if you arrive at 3 p.m., you don't know if you'll be able to get in until 6 p.m., when the clinic closes. In the waiting room, small children, just a few months old, have to give up their seats to adults because the adult has been seeing the esteemed doctor for several years and has priority. The staff shifts responsibility onto each other. The receptionists tell you to go to the nurse, who then tells you to talk to the doctor. I don't recommend it!

A disaster, a typical National Health Fund facility, almost like a meatpacking plant. I had a rush referral, and the receptionist said if I came in today at 4 PM, the doctor would see me between 4 and 6 PM. I took off work, flew to be there at 4 PM, and I was there from 4 PM to 7:30 PM, and I didn't get an appointment. Maybe he would have seen me at 9 PM? The clinic is open until 6 PM, and they'll see any number of patients at the reception desk, regardless of the patient's wait time. There's no logic in calling patients to the office; a guy arrives at 6 PM and gets in before me. No respect for the patient. Just come and wait, who knows how long. Maybe you'll get one.
