  The doctors are not so well experienced, i have shown 2 doctors 3 times but still the medicine didn't work out for me. I cannot see any any senior doctor in the clinic, all young doctors who don't have much experience.

  Pierwszy raz trafiłam na tak niemiłego i niekompetentnego lekarza. Wizyta trwała może 2 minuty, a w jej trakcie nie otrzymałam żadnych zaleceń dotyczących mojej choroby. W zasadzie nie usłyszałam żadnych konkretnych informacji. Lekarz wyglądał na niezadowolonego z powodu niepodniesionego stanika, chociaż można było spokojnie o tym powiedzieć, jeśli przeszkadzało to w osłuchaniu płuc. Nie miałabym żadnego problemu, aby to zrobić. Absolutnie nie polecam tego lekarza. Wizyta z dnia 10.03 z 9:30. Od lat korzystam z usług Państwa przychodni i po raz pierwszy jestem aż tak bardzo rozczarowana.

  Today, I experienced a complete lack of professionalism from an employee at your clinic. I had previously scheduled a test online, but when I arrived at the facility at my scheduled time of 10:20, the receptionist proved completely incompetent. He didn't know which tests I had been scheduled for and repeatedly forced me to repeat them out loud. This was extremely unpleasant and humiliating for me—I have no obligation to disclose my personal medical information in front of others. Furthermore, the employee was unfamiliar with the scope of services provided at the clinic, made mistakes in basic matters, and wasted time explaining things he should have known as part of his duties. Despite my prior appointment and precise appointment time, the employee let other people through, completely ignoring my queue. This is not the treatment of patients I expected. This is not the level of service expected from a medical facility, but rather evidence of a complete lack of staff preparation. I hope the management takes note of this situation and takes appropriate action.

  In early July, I submitted a paper declaration to the facility to change my primary care physician, but it still hasn't been processed. A month after submitting my declaration, I went to the facility to ask if the changes had been properly approved, as I still had my old primary care physician details in the IKP application. The receptionist was surprised and didn't know what IKP was, but said that all changes were showing up correctly in their system. At the end of August, I visited the facility again to ask when the declaration would be approved. The receptionist replied that I was the second person who had recently changed primary care physicians and that she couldn't advise me, as everything was fine with them and it wasn't their fault. However, I could still try submitting the declaration online. I did so, but a week later, I received an email stating that my declaration hadn't been processed and that I should contact the facility. 🤡 I finally withdrew all my declarations from the CMP (including the one I submitted on paper in July, which requires a return visit to the facility in person to be cancelled XD) and submitted a request to change my primary care physician at another nearby facility, which accepted my application the next day. While I have no complaints about the doctors' approach at the CMP facility, as I use them occasionally, the administrative side is a complete mess, and the receptionists could use some proper training on how to properly process applications.
