  I've never seen such chaos anywhere else in my life. Time here seems to have stopped in the communist era. Whether it's private or National Health Fund, it doesn't matter. You arrive at your scheduled appointment and wait on a "you come, you go" basis. There wouldn't be anything wrong with that, except for the fact that when it's your turn, the doctor leaves to perform a "procedure" on the people who arrived LAST and then they go in just because (just for the procedure), and suddenly the 1.5-hour queue becomes 2-3 hours. TOTAL MESS.

  I went there at 8 a.m., but it turned out the doctor was late. The receptionist said the doctor would be there after 10 a.m., but that's not 100% certain. I arrived at 10 a.m. and the line was already filling up. Getting in any earlier was out of the question. Waiting 3.5 hours.

  The last time I saw such a circus was under the previous system. The queue system isn't the biggest hit yet, the highlight being that there are five lines. No one knows when they're coming in, who they're after, with what, or to whom. The hallway is tiny, with patients standing on the stairs. There's a complete lack of organization and respect for the patient. Ladies and Gentlemen, we're in the 21st century, and this is no longer the standard for healthcare. There are alternatives, you just have to want it.
