I haven't been able to get through on the phone for a week. I was the first person on hold, and for 10 minutes, no one picked up the phone. It's embarrassing.

After our first visit to the dermatologist, we were satisfied. The problems started when we ran out of medication. Our 2-year-old was scratching herself raw again. We tried to make an appointment, but there were no appointments available. We wanted at least a repeat prescription. We were told everything was fine, but after a follow-up visit with a doctor who didn't have appointments, I called again to ask for a prescription. It only takes two minutes to write one. I was told everything was fine, but I had to pay 50 PLN for the prescription (this is the first time I've encountered this, but I understand every company has its own rules). I got the prescription and am changing doctors. Overall, I don't recommend it. 😊

The best dermatologist in this part of Europe, and I'm not exaggerating at all. She works quickly, effectively, and most importantly, with a smile. Doctor Magdalena Moskalska is professional in every way, and therefore has knowledge and experience. I highly recommend her, and believe me, I'm not exaggerating.

I waited a month for an appointment, and when I arrived, the doctor told me I canceled because it said the appointment was canceled. I explained that I didn't cancel, to which the doctor replied, "We definitely didn't cancel it." It's an embarrassing situation. The doctor said I could wait 45 minutes. After this, instead of apologizing for the mistake and trying to smooth things over, she brazenly told me it was my fault. Firstly, I didn't wait because I didn't have time, and secondly, I won't pay 150 złoty for this kind of treatment. I do not recommend this clinic!
