The visit was in a more relaxed, informal atmosphere. The first visit included an interview, lots of questions, and a body examination. After three visits, I'm unfortunately a bit disappointed. I guess I expected more, more specific visits. There were no recommendations, no precise and precise explanation of the exercises (only one or two were given, but very chaotically). I also missed this kind of bodywork. This kind of muscle work. During each visit, the examination mentioned that the glutes were very tight, and the muscles on the inner thigh were tense. But beyond the examination and touching, nothing was done. Maybe it's my fault because I didn't mention my expectations for the visits. I realize that a visit to a physiotherapist is only a quarter of the success, and the rest depends on us. But it's hard to work on myself if I don't know how to do it and where to focus my attention.

The visit took place in a very calm and comfortable atmosphere, with everything thoroughly explained at every stage. Marta is a wonderful specialist – not only is she extremely experienced, but she also has a great sense of empathy and a wonderful sense of humor! All of this makes for a relaxed and calming experience during the visit. The exercises are demonstrated and outlined. I still have the notes. The problem is now resolved, thankfully :) Marta also recommended a great gynecologist, and she also recommended a urologist. So now I wholeheartedly recommend her!

I wholeheartedly recommend her to pregnant women, those who have had a cesarean section, and those who have had a cesarean section. Everything was very professional, and Marta's extensive knowledge made preparing for childbirth a great peace of mind during pregnancy. Even though my delivery ended with a cesarean section, returning to Marta with a C-section scar gave me added peace of mind knowing everything was healing properly and provided me with helpful advice on scar care. I highly recommend her.
