This clinic's operation is very chaotic. The receptionists don't provide any instructions after blood draws on how to retrieve the results, whether online or how long it will take. You have to ask everything, otherwise you won't learn anything. The testing equipment is worn out and faulty, even falling apart during the test. I've never encountered such terrible service. They also don't care about any personal data, expecting patients to say their PESEL (Personal Identification Number) out loud in front of other patients.

I'm impressed. The modern clinic is well-thought-out and patient-focused in every detail. The receptionist is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Dr. Justyna S. restored my faith in medicine. She spent half an hour analyzing the best solution and didn't let me leave empty-handed. The interior is beautiful and there's convenient parking in front of the building. Thank you and best regards!

A very unprofessional facility. Unfortunately, I accompanied my partner to his appointment today. The receptionist smiled and said there was a slight delay, when in reality it was an hour and a half. In the waiting room, we could hear all the problems the patient was currently having (thin walls (?), which meant there was no privacy in conversation with the doctor and was very uncomfortable). I consider this a misunderstanding when it was a private visit and it cost over 200 PLN. I strongly advise against it.

I had a blood test today. I had an appointment a few days ago. I forgot to bring the referral, which didn't change anything because my PZU plan didn't cover it, so I said I'd pay without a problem. The woman at the registration desk acted like I'd beaten half her family to death with a harmonica... Thanks to the woman who drew the blood. And the reception desk probably needs to be modernized.

I definitely don't recommend it. Despite constant advertisements for tests, etc., doctors always make it difficult for you to pay out of your own pocket (for a complete blood count or using a dietitian's services under the National Health Fund), saying you're not entitled to them, that you're too young (28 years old) and quite obese. When I went to another clinic, it suddenly turned out that all of this was actually due, and there were no problems with referrals for blood tests and a dietitian. (In my wife's case, with persistent headaches, a basic blood count was ordered because that was all the doctor needed, according to the doctor. When I went to another clinic, a full diagnostic test, including a vitamin test, was ordered, and it turned out she had an extreme vitamin B12 deficiency. She was referred to a neurologist for an MRI to check everything...) At the Makmed clinic, I repeat, only a basic blood count was ordered because my wife didn't qualify for anything else.
