There is no information about the need to come without a car for the optometric procedure.

I was extremely pleased with my visit with midwife Danuta Leśniarek. She conducted a very detailed examination and answered all my questions and concerns. I would happily return to her practice again. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

As much as I loved this clinic, after today's visit, I'm furious. I've had a fever for a week, muscle and joint pain, and a few other symptoms. A CRP test was ordered and performed. I had a referral from another doctor who suspected a bacterial infection. During my visit with Ms. Ferdynus, she wasn't given antibiotics, only a prescription for nebulizer ampoules with hyaluronic acid and saline. She wasn't given anything for diarrhea, nor was she given anything preventatively. She's against antibiotics, but she's a proponent of getting vaccinated with any junk just to be vaccinated. With an autoimmune disease, the immune system goes haywire with any infection. I guarantee I'll report this to others because it's not the first time I've been brushed off with salt water. It's embarrassing. The receptionists are great, and I have no complaints about other doctors either, as they draw conclusions from tests and interviews and try to help as quickly and effectively as possible.

Unfortunately, my visit with Dr. M. was very disappointing. I came after experiencing severe period pain that had prevented me from functioning normally the day before and the morning before. Upon entering the office, I felt the doctor showed no interest in my symptoms. He didn't ask me detailed questions and didn't even perform a basic abdominal examination. I also felt my situation was dismissed. I was told it was "trivial," that I didn't have any medications at home, and that the pain was "subjective." This was distressing and took away from the seriousness of my symptoms, especially since periods vary depending on stress and overall health. I felt there was a lack of empathy and understanding. I explained that I didn't have my gynecological records with me because I was changing clinics and the pain had come on suddenly, but I wasn't listened to either. I received a prescription, but they refused to give me a period because the pain had partially subsided at the time of the appointment, which is normal, as severe period pain can come and go in waves. I also requested a referral for a blood test, but instead of a conversation and explanation, I was directed to the Online Patient Account, which I perceived as a lack of engagement. After the visit, I felt unheard and judged, not treated like a patient. In my opinion, the consultation was conducted without sufficient empathy and attention.

I've just had my 70-year-old father undergo surgery and had a follow-up visit for his pterygium removal. We're impressed with the hospital's approach and the place itself. Everyone who served us was friendly and explained everything. Importantly, the waiting time for the procedure is very short. We hope to visit again in a few months, this time for cataract removal. P.S. A huge shout-out to the receptionist who helped the elderly couple book a taxi.
