The orthopedist is a joke. A follow-up appointment? Laughter in the room. The doctor acts as if the patient came through the National Health Fund (without disrespecting any doctor) and not privately. When paying for the appointment, I at least demanded an opinion or something about it. The hospital discharge form clearly states "orthopedic clinic," and I showed up with that form. The doctor sent me back to the hospital saying he couldn't do anything about it because he wasn't prepared for such situations. He then said the wound was healing, but nothing more, and if I wanted to extend my stay, I had to come back on Friday, because of course, there was money involved. What a joke. This wasn't what I expected from my visit to the orthopedist. I thought he'd at least examine the wound like a specialist, not squeeze it and tell me to re-dress it myself! After a finger amputation, it's difficult to re-dress yourself. At least he'll tell me why it's swollen and red... and then there's that nasty comment... that he'd cut the finger off completely because it would heal faster, rather than save it because it would take longer. Then he charged me 250 PLN. I'm asking for what? For sending me back to the hospital and nothing more? Ridiculous. Wasted money and nothing more. I don't recommend it!

I highly recommend this clinic. It's clean, and the receptionists are very kind and helpful. Calling to schedule an appointment is no problem. I highly recommend Ms. Grażyna Knauer Janicka. She's thorough, very friendly, and highly recommended.

The clinic employs doctors of various specialties. The staff is friendly. Patients can consult a dermatologist, otolaryngologist, cardiologist, gynecologist, urologist, neurologist, and other specialists. The clinic collaborates with PZU (Polish Insurance Company) healthcare. I recommend the laboratory testing center.

Doctor Wiktoria is incredibly professional. She's a wonderful, kind, and capable woman who knows what she's talking about and does. She's incredibly helpful. Her approach to patients is A+. I wish all doctors were like her!

Shameful and completely unprofessional! They schedule appointments, people stand outside the building, and the door is locked. No phone information, no contact with the reception desk or a private number. They lurk from an upstairs window, hiding behind curtains. A private clinic? More like a private circus.
