The receptionist who was working there on 27th of September 2025 was completely unprofessional. When I called Luxmed, they referred me this hospital and told me that my medical package covers the service. However, the receptionist made me pay the visit saying that I don't have a medical package. When I told her I have more than one account, she didn't check the system again and I had to pay 438,00zl

Very disappointing. My brother had a broken nose. They said they dont treat broken noses. Couldnt even refer us to another hospital. The girl at the reception was just not as helpful!!

I was referred here by another Lux Med clinic after being wrongly told they could treat my condition. I had already paid 349 PLN for a consultation and was sent here — only to be charged again (350 PLN) for the same issue. No procedure was done, just antibiotics. When I explained it was Lux Med’s mistake, they refused to take responsibility or refund one of the visits. Totally unprofessional and disappointing service.

Visited for a post rugby game broken nose. Was told they don’t treat broken noses and their mri machine doesn’t work. Told me to go to a public hospital 🤷🏾♂️
