  I can only describe yesterday's situation today, because the help provided by this clinic was so extensive that, barely able to see, I had to take the train to Warsaw and seek help from private healthcare providers. I called the receptionist to inform them that I had a serious vision problem. The receptionist told me to come to the clinic on Stodolna Street. The driver was too busy (I couldn't drive myself), I had 35 km to drive, and 40 minutes later I arrived, only to be informed that appointments could only be made by phone. No problem, I went outside so as not to disturb the other patients. I called and was again informed that I should go directly to the doctor, and she would decide whether to see me, and that there was no point in calling again. I returned and explained the situation, to which the response was: "But what do you expect? I won't see you today—you see (ironically, I didn't see much of the queue). Goodbye." All I had to do was inform them on the first call that there were no available appointments, and instead of wasting an hour and a half, I would have been on my way to a professional clinic, not this amateur one. I highly recommend it to everyone; the time wasted trying to register and get help would be better spent traveling to Siedlce, Warsaw, or anywhere else.

  My problems with registering with a doctor have ended at this clinic. I've been at the Centrum Clinic for many years, since I was a teenager. It wasn't always a problem to register with a doctor. But when they moved to Międzyrzecka, this happened again. I'd wait up to half an hour for a call, and then they connected me to Siedlce. When I finally got there, there were no more doctor slots. This was very common. I moved to Ms. Braszko's Clinic, and everything is fine. The kind ladies at the front desk registered me with the doctor I wanted, and I even had an appointment two days later. But now I'm using telemedicine to get a prescription or a referral to a specialist. The doctors are polite. My rating is 5. Best regards to the entire staff at the Łuków Clinic.

  Registering for this clinic is a real nightmare... The ladies are so nice that you just want to talk to them... Instead of helping and offering a convenient appointment time, the lady says they don't accept appointments three days in advance, even though the doctor knows the schedule for the entire month... Zero courtesy or approach to the patient... They are unkind and rude. It's best not to call, not to come, and not to bother...
