  Rude receptionist, no face mask was provided upon request, for zloty only, how predictable. Personnel is not wearing face masks correctly instead. Even though The medical appointment was planned at least three weeks before, time was set also, but on the day we arrived the patient, older women 84 yo, was waiting for more than hour due to not personnel absolutely unfriendly and did not involved. The money first - patient is not necessary, this should be the slogan for this clinic. I would NOT RECOMMEND this cli c to anyone.

  this hospital would be great if you have a better reception, or they are just racist, i went there this morning to ask for a doctor to see skin inflamation the reception said "Nie rozumiem" when i ask anybody can speak english she respond "NO" so it means she understand and her actions dont want to accomodate foriegners😡 check who are your receptionist this morning 20/02/2023 better for them serve dead than patients

  I strongly advise against visiting gynecologist Dariusz Niksiński. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM. I walked in 20 minutes late, even though there was no patient ahead of me. I explained my expectations at the beginning of the appointment, but the doctor remained silent throughout. He also remained silent during the ultrasound. At the end of the exam, I was only told that my problem wasn't related to my ovaries. That's the only information I was given during the appointment. I also requested a referral for testing, which irritated the doctor, who nervously asked me why I hadn't mentioned at the beginning of the appointment that I wanted a referral (I mentioned this after entering the office). I think arguing with a patient about a referral for testing is highly inappropriate, considering I requested it twice and explained my reasons for wanting it. Ultimately, I didn't receive a referral and still don't know what's going on. I waited almost a month for an appointment and have been forced to see another specialist due to Mr. Niksiński's incompetence. A waste of time.

  We made appointments for a specific time, received notifications and questions about whether we were actually going to be there, and our entire schedule was planned around a mid-morning appointment with two small children and time off work, only to find out the day before that they had to reschedule because "the doctor will be back later." And so, all the planning went to hell because the clinic couldn't find a doctor on the date they initially provided.

  I strongly advise against this medical facility. They didn't do all my occupational health tests in one day, and now I have to make several trips, and everything is taking too long. And this is supposed to be a private facility? Not to mention the scam. This is the worst facility I've ever been to. The hospital on Nowogrodzka Street was much better and everything was fine. And this is supposed to be a private facility? Shameful. And when I tried to go in, the lady suddenly closed the window; she could have already served me.
