This is the first time I've given a negative review. It was the worst visit of my life. I don't question the quality of her services, knowledge, or experience, but I couldn't assess them during the visit because the doctor's communication style didn't allow for it. The lack of any commentary or description of the ultrasound images, and the very unpleasant tone of her questions questioning the validity of my visit, made me wary, especially of young women for whom this would be their first visit.

If I could, I'd give zero stars because one is too many. Let's start with the lack of eye contact during the consultation, the ridicule of urogynecological physiotherapy as a "stupid fad," the painful Pap smear and ultrasound without a word of warning or information about what was being seen, all the tests conducted in silence, only to be told at the end, "ultrasound okay." While changing in the bathroom, I was looking for skirts for the exam, but there weren't any. I asked for one, asking if they were out of stock or if they were just for the patient's comfort. The doctor rolled her eyes and said she didn't even know they were out of stock... The office was silent, and questions were answered perfunctorily without a shred of empathy. It's probably too late for a class in etiquette, as not a single hello or goodbye escaped my lips. I regret falling for the reviews from a well-known doctor and not noticing the ones on Google. Please retire and let doctors treat you instead of terrorizing your patients. (Luxmed)

I believe it's never too late to learn some manners. My visit with Ms. Legan didn't even happen, because at the start, I was greeted not with "hello" but with "WHERE ARE YOU GOING WITH THAT JACKET?!" Unfortunately, Luxmed, despite eagerly issuing notices about leaving outerwear in the hallway, takes no responsibility for such items, and I doubt Ms. Legan would want to cover the cost of stolen items (and that happened to me once). No doctor in all the years I've used Luxmed's services has ever brought this matter to my attention, but the lady clearly got up on the wrong foot and decided to start a fight :) Rudeness and rudeness, steer clear.

The doctor has no empathy whatsoever. I shared my medical history with her and asked her to order a blood test to check my three hormone levels around my expected ovulation. She told me she didn't see the need (despite providing a referral from another doctor outside of Luxmed). She also said she knew roughly how much the Luxmed package costs (!) and that she wouldn't order tests at the patient's request. Remember, we're talking about three tests included in each basic package. I don't recommend it.
