I'm sad to say that they don't meet their stated deadlines for delivering test results. Despite private procedures, and at a high cost, they're throwing up their hands, just like in the public healthcare system. Worst of all, no one cares about patient satisfaction.

I highly recommend MEDI WEST for gastroscopy. The procedure took 10 minutes and cost 420 złoty. There's practically no anesthesia. The doctor gives the results on a piece of paper and then quickly runs off to his cubicle. There's no discussion of the tests, and no medications are prescribed. The trauma test wasn't taken because, as a patient, I couldn't tolerate the procedure without anesthesia – because everyone feels fine with a half-meter tube down their throat, and it's the patient's fault. I did get the results, of course, but I need to discuss it with another gastroenterologist because Mr. T. Laus seems to have forgotten he's one. I highly recommend it and am disappointed. I should have spent the 600 złoty more and had the procedure done in Warsaw – money down the drain.

There used to be no way to get through here by phone. Something seems to have changed for the better, though. I called right away and got an appointment for two days later. The ultrasound itself was done very meticulously.

Unfortunately, you can't give a zero star, so I'm giving it one. My exam wasn't scheduled because it turned out the facility required a referral for an EEG, a test for which a referral isn't required. Regardless, no one informed me of this requirement when I made the appointment, which would have made things much easier. When asked why their facility required a referral for a private, non-invasive test, the receptionist replied, "BECAUSE IT IS." She also refused to provide her supervisor's phone number or her name, claiming she was a registered patient and wasn't required to wear an ID. Her level of knowledge is likely on par with the level of service at this facility. It's puzzling that the test, performed using hospital equipment and the need for a referral for a paid test, sounds ambiguous. I don't recommend it. I'm not judging the doctors because I didn't have the pleasure of visiting them.

The wait time for this clinic is ridiculous. I waited over 25 minutes for someone to answer my phone, which is completely unacceptable, especially since their hours are clearly stated on their website. I've attached a screenshot as proof of their time-wasting behavior. I don't recommend it if you value your time.
