  In my opinion, this is a very good facility. I don't know the reasons for the negative reviews. Firstly, I had no problem getting through by phone. Secondly, the ladies at the front desk were pleasant and talkative. Dr. Zbigniew Raus was competent, professional, and communicative. He explains everything. He orders skin and blood tests. I think that sometimes we, through our attitudes, influence the doctor's behavior. I had no problems with either the ladies at the front desk or the doctor. The scheduling issues are a bit more difficult, but that's not the fault of the staff, but of our National Health Fund.

  Steer clear. Dr. Zbigniew Raus prescribed a vaccine that, as it turns out, targets something completely different than what I'm allergic to. It was a waste of nearly 500 złoty a month for almost two years. I almost developed asthma because I had to add another allergen during the pollen season with a vaccine and the wrong medication. Fortunately, I visited a good allergist in Lublin in time. I don't recommend Dr. Raus if you want to get better, not just waste time and money.

  I don't recommend it. Dr. Zbigniew Raus gave my 13-month-old son a false diagnosis. He only asked pointless questions that required a yes or no answer. He didn't perform any tests. As a result, he diagnosed my son with bronchial asthma. He prescribed a multitude of steroid medications. This worried me because my son doesn't show any symptoms of bronchial asthma. I went privately, and it turned out he was healthy and fine. I'm so glad I didn't believe the doctor's diagnosis based on a simple conversation and didn't needlessly force-feed my child steroid medications.

  This clinic is impossible to reach. I had an appointment with an allergist, but unfortunately, the pandemic hit. I called for a week, every day, to find out how my appointment was going, and no one answered. After a year and a half, I wanted to schedule a private appointment for my child. Again, hundreds of calls, and again, no one answered the phone. I went to their website, and the doctor's direct cell phone number was listed. Of course, I called because I thought the clinic's number might be dead. The doctor, with an aggressive tone, complained that I was calling her private number, asking me to call the clinic's number. I explained to her that I couldn't get through, and she told me that these women were very busy. If they were so busy they couldn't answer the phone, maybe it would be worth hiring another person, or at least putting a note on the website like, "We're so busy, why are we so busy with patients' calls?" And one more piece of advice, if the doctor doesn't want anyone to call her private number, please don't share it on a public website, especially the clinic's website, then there's really little chance that a stranger will call the doctor.

  I'm impressed with the professionalism and approach of the doctor and nurses. They have a kind, healthy approach to patients. The tests performed were disgusting at the first visit, whereas with other doctors, the first visit required an interview, which is what we came for. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. I know we're in good hands 😃
