I don't recommend X-rays. My son injured his hand in PE class. I went to ask if it was possible to get an X-ray, because the school nurse suggested it would be better to get an X-ray. The woman doing the X-ray was very unpleasant and downright rude. Anyway, we were seen. The X-ray was taken, but the results wouldn't be available until the next day. I asked if she could at least tell us if it was a fracture or not. She snapped back, saying the results were tomorrow after 12 noon. Shocking. You go with a suspected fracture, but you have to wait until the next day for the results. It's a shame I didn't know this before the test. So why go there with an injury? As we left, we were told in a very unpleasant tone that a broken finger might show up after three days, and that an X-ray immediately after the injury was pointless. I was speechless. I started to wonder why a specialist was there. If that's the case, you couldn't have informed us before the test that this happens and advised us that it would be better to come back in two or three days. The only thing that matters is money. It's a shame they lost a patient. I won't go there again.

Ultrasound, I don't recommend it!!! I had a private abdominal ultrasound done, and I had pain on the left side. The woman performing the exam examined my internal organs and found nothing. When I asked if I had a hernia, she said it wasn't a hernia test :D (I had a referral that stated the purpose of the test). I was very upset that I asked. After some arguments, she checked for a hernia but said she wouldn't give me a description :D Professional approach from an unpleasant woman.

The Kwant Clinic in Swarzędz is a place I can confidently recommend to every patient. Special praise goes to the reception staff – the ladies are always polite, smiling, and helpful, creating a very pleasant atmosphere from the moment you walk in. 😊 They explain everything clearly, patiently answer questions, and efficiently help with all the formalities. 🙂 The quick turnaround time for tests is also a major advantage – X-rays can be picked up the next day, quickly and without unnecessary complications. 👍 This makes the entire visit, from registration to receiving the results, smooth and stress-free. The high level of organization and friendliness of the staff is a huge plus, so I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic.
