I just left the office at Pramed Szczecin. Even though the clinic offers a service called "inserting your own IUD," the doctor refused to perform the service offered by the clinic he works at. What a joke. I had an IUD purchased from the pharmacy, arrived on time for its insertion, and all my Pap smears and ultrasounds were flawless. The doctor claims he only inserts hormonal IUDs. For reasons I won't share here, I don't want a hormonal IUD, and the one I wanted to insert would be my third, and I've never, ever had any complications. I should add that I'm the mother of two healthy sons from a controlled and conscious conception. I know perfectly well that a doctor can't refuse to insert an IUD, but if he were to harm me or deliberately insert it incorrectly, there was no point in arguing about his reasons. I hope the director of the facility will do something about it. I'll also consider filing a complaint with the Patient Ombudsman.

I came to the doctor for a consultation after my delivery because I was worried about the postpartum period. The doctor, seeing that I was going through postpartum depression, told me to feel sorry for my husband because there was something seriously wrong with me... the approach to the patient was terrible. I'll never go back.

A professional in every respect. I haven't encountered such a good doctor in a long time. He doesn't dismiss problems, listens, and does everything he can to help. I highly recommend him.
