The lady at the front desk is a disgrace. She's just nasty and pushes you away. You can't get through on the phone, she doesn't know anything. She doesn't return your calls. You pay a lot of money for a visit, and the front desk service is a disgrace. The owners should reconsider and take an interest in the front desk staff.

A rude medical receptionist. The first point of contact at a facility can discourage anyone from doing anything at first. These types of places, by the way, are private... People with various medical issues call to make an appointment. Do they need to be paid extra upfront?

Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review. I went to see Professor Murawa with my father's medical records and learned nothing except the same information as on the hospital discharge papers. I had an appointment on Friday, and on Monday someone was supposed to look at the X-ray. The professor was supposed to call to explain the situation. There was no phone. I called several days in a row, but the receptionist was unable to help me. A week after the appointment, my father died. Two weeks have passed, and the phone hasn't arrived yet. I paid 400 PLN for a 3-minute call, after which I learned nothing.

1 star (Professor Murawa's registration process should be streamlined) A request for a consultation with the Professor was sent on December 2, 2024, and no response has been received (January 2, 2025). The website states that the email will take 7 days to reach 10 business days. The nurse also called twice to inquire about the urgent matter of a patient with an intestinal obstruction. The nurse said we had to wait because of the high number of applications (the hospital in Warsaw refused surgery because it seemed impossible and referred the patient to hospice. We had previously visited two other hospitals in the emergency department, one of which found no obstruction, while the other ordered us to return to the hospital where the previous surgery was performed). So this consultation was a "last resort." It's unclear whether the email was overlooked? Are we still waiting in the queue? Was the patient ineligible for a consultation?

One star regarding the registration desk. I had an appointment with the radiologist at 6 p.m., and at 6:30 p.m., there were still two people ahead of me for what we know is a rather long examination. When I asked the receptionist why she didn't inform me about such a significant delay, I was told that she "wasn't up and didn't know what was going on." I would have gladly arrived an hour later and had an important examination, but the receptionist's delay in providing this information prevented me from doing so. I'm not criticizing the doctor's work at all, but the receptionist's behavior was incompetent.
