I don't think I recommend it after all. I came in with a shoulder injury and underwent a multitude of treatments—from shockwave therapy to laser therapy to electrolysis. I did the recommended exercises. After "treatment" was complete and I was given the green light to return to training, the injury immediately returned. The therapists were very nice, but I wasn't open to more visits, manual therapy, etc. It turns out I wasted my time and money.

I'm currently battling a heel spur; I've already had two shockwaves. 🙂 The only thing I can share right now is that the patient care is top-notch. I hope to confirm the positive effects of the therapy in a few weeks. 🙂🏃🙂

I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Krzysztof. I came here on recommendation and I was not disappointed! After doctors ordered spine surgery, he said, "The worst is over." I will never forget these words and the relief I felt. He gave me hope that I could avoid surgery, that a lot depended on me. The atmosphere during the visit was amazing. Mr. Krzysztof is so cordial, nice and playful that your mood immediately improves (even when he arrives in a very bad condition). A professional in his field. He explains everything calmly, calms down and debunks myths. I have dealt with various "experts" many times, but never and nowhere have I felt as good as with Mr. Krzysztof. I am calm about my health and my spine because I know I am in good hands. Mr. Krzysztof does not make appointments every week. He instructs you on how to help yourself. At the same time, it does not incur additional costs. Simple, uncomplicated exercises combined with the magical hands of Mr. Krzysztof create a combo.
