  Novum Clinic, Warsaw – Dr. Ewelina Koch Coming to Novum Clinic in Warsaw was the best decision we ever made.For us, Dr. Ewelina Koch is nothing less than an angel.   would highly recommend Dr. Renata Jaczyńska for the pregnancy anomaly scan (detailed ultrasound). The appointment was conducted in a very calm and friendly atmosphere. She explains everything clearly, answers all questions, and gives the patient plenty of attention. The scan was performed very thoroughly, with great care and professionalism. I felt reassured and well taken care of throughout the visit. Excellent service and a high level of professionalism – strongly recommended!

  After several years of trying, we finally found the Novum clinic. Dr. Zamora guided us through the process again, and this time we succeeded. He's an expert in what he does, having been doing it for many years and having extensive experience. He's not a effusive or self-pitying person, but that never bothered us. We don't like to complain; we prefer to take action. Thanks to him, we're now happy parents, but we're not writing this just because we succeeded. Previously, doctors had always followed the same approach despite unsuccessful attempts, and if he didn't succeed, he tried to change something, do things differently, which in our case was effective. We'll definitely be returning to the clinic sometime soon :)

  I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ewelina Koch. I'm currently under her care during my pregnancy, and I truly couldn't have found a better doctor. She is incredibly warm, attentive, and committed. She always explains everything thoroughly, asks questions, is professional, and gives me a tremendous sense of peace. What I appreciate most is that when I need advice outside of my appointment, she never leaves me alone, always calls me back, listens, and offers advice. In these times, that's truly priceless. I feel like I'm in good and caring hands. I thank the doctor and the entire wonderful Novum team for their kindness, care, and the warm atmosphere they create during such an important time for me.

  I expected that, as a clinic with such a reputation and approach, you would treat the concerns and feelings raised with due respect, and you've spoken so much about them, which is a great surprise to me. I find it outrageous to issue a self-recommendation to a specialist who simply caused me great distress and disappointment with his lack of tact, professionalism, and empathy. You haven't addressed a single sentence in your previous statement. The visit, although beautifully described by you, had nothing to do with that description. The issue of price and the principles for the costs incurred will be decided by the Ministry of Health and the Patient Rights Ombudsman. Concluding the discussion, since your haughty attitude only confirmed my rightness in not starting treatment with you, I wanted to address one thing: Dr. Lewandowski may be the most experienced doctor at nOvum, but he is certainly not the most humane or empathetic. Perhaps thanks to the doctor, thousands of couples have achieved pregnancy and a child, but it won't be me, because it's not a matter of the love of direct communication you mention, but of simple culture and respect for other people.
