Klinika located at Al. KEN54 is a great place to go for any treatment. Fantastic personal and very knowledgeable doctors, especially Dr. Hania Bichta-Kania. Today, I had osocze and mezotherapia treatments! No pain, no bruises in very nice and relaxing environment.

I tried to have them remove permanent medical makeup from a scar that was pale yellow. With each treatment, it got worse. The tattoo turned dark green. I have diffuse dark spots, and the clinic is completely incompetent to take responsibility for them. I started seeking opinions too late, and they're said to be notorious for this incompetence. Light pigments should never be touched with a laser because the color darkens and bakes into the tissue. Not only do they not know this, but they also don't take responsibility. They suggest further laser treatments, which clearly worsen the situation, not improve it. I warn you.

I'm so grateful to Dr. Hanna Bichta-Kania for the lip correction procedure on my post-traumatic scar. For the first time, the procedure didn't cause me any pain; my lips look natural, symmetrical, and in keeping with my facial features. I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with my visit with the dermatologist. She was very rushed, accompanied by two other staff members—a nurse and a trainee doctor—which made the interview uncomfortable. The doctor automatically advertised the clinic's treatments for acute skin problems, such as a series of laser treatments. When I explained to her that I was coming for a strictly medical consultation and wanted to use pharmacotherapy, she stopped pushing unnecessary and expensive treatments on me. If you're looking for a true dermatologist and not a living advertisement for aesthetic medicine, this isn't the place to go.

For three years, I regularly had Cutera laser treatments to close blood vessels and was always very pleased with the results – especially around the nose. I consider it one of the most effective lasers in this field. Previously, I used the services of a clinic in Żoliborz, where Dr. Apolonia performed procedures – she was completely professional, calm, and had a reliable approach to the patient. Unfortunately, after moving to the facility at the National Educational Centre, my experience changed dramatically. The first procedure in May, performed by Ms. Hanna Bichta, resulted in scabs under my nose that persisted for two weeks – no protective gel was applied at that time. During the second visit, despite hoping for a better experience, severe swelling and bruising appeared on my nose. At my follow-up appointment, I was simply told that I had been warned about the possibility of swelling. When I asked if the laser parameters had been increased – as I had never experienced such reactions before – the answer was: "Yes, I am not obligated to inform the patient." At that point, the conversation ended for me. When the doctor said, "I need to take photos," I realized there was nothing more to discuss. It's a shame she places more emphasis on formalities than on respecting the patient's rights. I am aware of the potential side effects and know what to expect after the procedure, but I find this approach to patients absolutely unacceptable. Changing laser parameters without informing and consenting the patient is, in my opinion, a violation of fundamental patient rights and professional ethics. I regret to say that after these experiences, I do not recommend visiting Ms. Hanna Bichta or undergoing treatments at this facility at the National Educational Centre.
