From 8 a.m. to 12 noon, I waited in the emergency room to be admitted to the ward, and on the ward, on a chair, waiting for a bed for another seven hours. I had a procedure scheduled for the next day, waking up at 6 a.m. to prepare for surgery, but no information about who and in what order. The morning doctor's rounds were simply a farce, super-fast. No chance for any questions because even the doctor didn't know who the patient was, what procedure was, or whether it would even take place. Procedures are performed until 3 p.m., so I wake up early on an empty stomach and wait again to see if it will happen, and then I find out at 4 p.m. that the procedure won't happen after all. And then I'm left with a "slump," which might be the first thing scheduled the next day, but from the morning on, it's the same story. It's like Groundhog Day. Terrible chaos and no concrete information. The only doctor I can praise is the anesthesiologist, from whom you could learn everything in detail, ask questions and he explained everything, and the wonderful nurses full of empathy and warmth, the rest was just a cabaret.

I'm pleasantly surprised. The nurses are incredibly kind and helpful. The doctors are wonderful, explaining the treatment and surgery in detail. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital, girls. I feel very well cared for here.

First of all, I'd like to sincerely thank the wonderful team of doctors and nurses for their hard and responsible work. One person who spoiled this atmosphere of wonderful people and spoiled the pleasure of our stay was Dr. Sławomir Żółtowski. He was very arrogant towards women; everything we did was wrong; it's clear he doesn't enjoy his job.

I highly recommend it. Dedicated staff, especially Ms. Małgosia. Prompt turnaround from Professor Aneta and the wonderful, "colorful" Dr. Michał. I wish there were more people like her in healthcare.
