  I have contacted clinic via phone on 9th October and advised I will be sending an email with my questions and proposing date for my appointment After sending several emails I have not received response or any kind of acknowledgement that my email has been received by the clinic . I wasnt expecting a full doctor advise on my treatment in a very short period of time However it would be nice if someone could come back to you and confirm your appointment availability. I was interested to have many treatments done with this clinic . However based on a experience I dont think customers are being taken seriously and I would try to find a clinic which does take care of their customers concerns and treatments they would like to have done .

  I'm not inclined to be hasty in my assessment, but for a private clinic, I would expect a minimum of comfort during the examination. This review refers to my visit with a dermatologist. I'll leave aside the fact that the doctor couldn't complete anything on the computer, and the receptionist was present during my visit to click the right button on the keyboard. However, I wasn't invited to sit on the couch; I had to raise my foot to the dermatologist's height while sitting in a swivel chair (because the doctor wouldn't bend down, of course). xD "Well, the lady will show you what she's waiting for." We're used to different things in Poland, but I can accept something like this during a National Health Fund (NFZ) visit at a district hospital (no offense to district hospitals), not at a private clinic, where the prices speak for themselves.

  I wholeheartedly recommend the Galena Clinic. I went there for prenatal testing, and everything went really well. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were very friendly and efficient – ​​the ladies efficiently managed the line and explained everything thoroughly. The doctor was incredibly thorough, calm, and empathetic – he explained everything in detail, so we didn't have to ask any questions. The test was quick, thorough, and very comprehensive. A huge shout-out to Ms. Jola, who drew my blood – she was a lovely, warm person, completely professional, and the collection itself was completely painless. The entire visit was very efficient, quick, and to the point, with a pleasant atmosphere. I definitely recommend the Galena Clinic – professional, high-quality, and simply amazing! 😊
